How can I open a Rosati’s Pizza restaurant?

Rosati’s Pizza actively seeks highly qualified individuals to become franchisees. Prior business experience, coupled with personal financial qualifications, individual motivation and a track record of success are important key factors in our evaluation process. Request more information now!

How much money do I need to open a franchise?

Individuals need $80,000 in personal resources (cash, liquid assets, marketable securities, family assets, and/or stocks). Financing is to be secured through third-party lending sources. The total cost of each franchise unit varies by model and location.

How much are the royalties and other annual fees?

Royalty Fees are 5% of gross sales. We have the right to require a contribution to the Ad Fund of up to 5% of gross sales.  The current charge is $244 per month.

What performance can I expect from my Rosati’s Pizza?

We encourage you to learn more about the performance of our restaurants by speaking with a Rosati’s Pizza franchisee. Since we don’t know where your restaurant will be located or your level of operation, we cannot predict your results. We are restricted by the Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations from providing you with specific profit projections. The best way to obtain further information is to request more information and obtain a franchise disclosure document with the names and phone numbers of our franchisees. Call as many as you’d like. Ask them about being a Rosati’s franchisee and how well they are doing. You’ll enjoy speaking with owners and you’ll hear firsthand from the people who were once exactly where you are now: investigating our franchise opportunity.

Does Rosati’s offer financing?

No. However, Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises, Inc. can direct potential franchisees to sources that have provided financing options to other franchisees in the areas of equipment leasing, construction and SBA loans.

How long does it take to open the restaurant?

Each location is different depending on a variety of factors including site selection, buildout requirements and training. However, it takes approximately 6 – 8 months from signing the franchise agreement to your Rosati’s grand opening.

What kind of training can I expect as a franchisee?

All new franchisees participate in a 4-week training program. The program consists of on-the-job training at a Rosati’s training store, providing you with real-life management experience. You will learn all about business development, management, customer service, marketing, food preparation and quality assurance. In addition, you will receive up to 2 weeks of on-site training with the corporate operations managers. Once completed, franchisees receive regular updates to their training.

How is food quality and consistency maintained?

Our Rosati’s brand products are created from family recipes handed down from generation to generation for over 40 years. The recipes are created by us and we order from the highest quality manufacturers in the industry. National distributors deliver them to our stores.
